• When playing online rummy, always take note of the value of number 7 cards.  Many people tend to overlook this card, so make sure that you don’t.  They are perhaps some of the best cards to have.  Likewise, the King is the worst.
• Knock whenever you can.  Do so whenever the other players aren’t ready.  Knocking is usually better to do than to wait around for the gin.  Of course, this is a popular trick, so don’t be surprised if others do it also.  Try to even things out by doing so yourself, and collect points in the process.
